slacking here. I really have got to reach my goal this time. What happened last year won’t repeat itself.
I have been getting lovely compliments from people. ‘You look lean’, ‘Are you
slimming down, cool’ and some annoying ones like ‘why are you losing weight, it
would not be nice if you slim down’ *shaking
my head* who cares after all it’s about being healthy.
cares about the way I look more than myself. What is most important is that I
am healthy. And being healthy means I need to reach my Ideal BMI weight goal.
weightloss. If I have to lose weight, I would have to eat my way to it. Yes! ‘Cause
if I do starve myself, I end up slowing down my metabolism; resulting to no
weightloss and body weakness.
junk foods and soft drinks. I have cut out foods that have lots of refined
sugar. Whenever I crave for them, I go for apples or popcorn.
before 8pm. Sometimes, I take fruits when I crave something at night.
be overemphasized when it comes to losing weight. We all know this. If I keep
working out and don’t eat healthy, I would not see much result. So I eat more fruits and vegetables now. I also eat protein foods. I have learnt that foods
that are high in protein, helps to keep one full.
enjoy it. I started with 2litres then 3litres, now 4 litres of water daily.
Soon, I’d be drinking 5litres hopefully.

of discipline is the key to a weight-loss failure. I work out regularly and eat
healthy as much as I can. I would definitely not see result if I am not consistent
keeps me on track. Whether it is a Facebook group, BBM group, friends or even
having a coach to monitor you at all times. Most especially, praying for strength
from God to keep me going. It has helped a lot. At least, I know I wouldn’t
want to disappoint myself and neither do I want to disappoint others.
